I used this live performance as an example to show that Tina was able to endure all negativity and still pour her heart and energy into her performance. Seeing her on stage, you wouldve never guessed that she was abused mentally and physically, because she was so good at putting the negativity to the back and the positivity to the front.

I used this book as an example to show that Tina Turner was not ashamed of sharing her experiences with others, and allowing them to learn not only from the mistakes she made, but the positive decisions as well.
